L.A.Soul offers 2 delivery options:

  • Ground

Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days and might require additional shipping cost.  At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

  • Two Business Days

Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

 

PROCESSING TIME:
Two Business Days orders are given top priority.

For Two Business Days shipments: 
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays). 
Orders placed after 12PM ET will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays). 
Orders placed after 12PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

L.A.Soul will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.

You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.

You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days. For Same Day Delivery, you will be notified shortly after your order is placed. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

First Class International            7-14 Days               $25 per item   

Delivery occurs in 7 to 14 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Please note that we can not guarantee international delivery timing as all countries shipping and customs procedures vary.  In rare cases there might be additional shippings costs. If so, you will be contacted via email for confirmation.
